"Give thanks for unknown blessings already on their way."
A friend sent me this quote today, and it’s gotten me thinking about a number of things. This week marks the six-month anniversary of this blog. Part of what I’m thankful for today are the remarkable things that writing here has given me – a new community, a re-discovered love of writing, a way to express my passion about coaching people who want to make a difference.
Little did I know where this blog would be by now when I somewhat blindly started it last May. And little do I know about where it – or I – will be come next May.
What I do know is that writing here comes from my happiness, that I am thankful for all of you, and that the circle of giving and receiving will continue to turn and return.
Unknown blessings are already on their way for us all.
Happy Thanksgiving to you.

Before specializing as a professional coach in 2004, I spent more than a decade in leadership, management and program development for state and local government and non-profit organizations. Now I get to help leaders and teams have more clarity and ability to stand up for what's important in their work and in their organizations. Working with me, leaders and teams find more meaning and purpose, feel happier and more confident, navigate change and conflict, and work together better.
