The latest edition of Vision Monthly is out, with a theme of "defining the box" and I’m pleased to announce that I’m a contributor! A January blog post of mine, Says Who?, is included this issue.
With the tag line of "Live to learn. Learn to live," and insightful writing from a variety of sources, there’s much to discover at Vision Monthly.

Before specializing as a professional coach in 2004, I spent more than a decade in leadership, management and program development for state and local government and non-profit organizations. Now I get to help leaders and teams have more clarity and ability to stand up for what's important in their work and in their organizations. Working with me, leaders and teams find more meaning and purpose, feel happier and more confident, navigate change and conflict, and work together better.
Nice article, Hanna! Letting go of old beliefs and moving forward with trusting our unique voice are simply essential for making a difference.
I would also say that calling someone you know will be supportive is a good habit to get into to help that “letting go” process along. It’s too easy to spiral downwards alone!
Thanks, Heather – and thanks for adding your great points here too!
And, everyone else, you can read Heather’s article on “Why Goals Had to Go” in the current issue of Vision Monthly, or check out her blog Life@Work (link on the right side bar here).
