It’s never too late to be what you
might have been. — George Eliot
What did you want to be when you grew up?
What do you still long to become?
I love this quote – it came to me from another coach I know who uses it as the tagline in her email signature. For me, it’s like opening up a window in spring and letting the fresh breeze blow away stale stagant air of resignation and overwhelm.
Even now, it’s still not too late to be what you might have been this year.
So, what are you waiting for? What do you want to become in 2006? It’s not too late…

Before specializing as a professional coach in 2004, I spent more than a decade in leadership, management and program development for state and local government and non-profit organizations. Now I get to help leaders and teams have more clarity and ability to stand up for what's important in their work and in their organizations. Working with me, leaders and teams find more meaning and purpose, feel happier and more confident, navigate change and conflict, and work together better.
