My coaching isn’t about formulaic exercises or one-size-fits-all approaches.

My coaching package combines full-team coaching with individual coaching.
As a team, you learn to trust each other, work with conflict effectively, and create a respectful and productive work environment.
As individuals, you learn how to handle your own emotions and develop a greater self-awareness that positively impacts the team as a whole. You learn to monitor yourself and hold yourself accountable for your own actions.
I’ve found that this approach helps the changes stick, gets you faster results, and gives team members a chance to look at their own behaviors in a healthy way.
How It Works
Over a period of six months, I work with the full team, as well as individuals to improve communication, productivity, and team culture.
Organizational assessment of how your team currently works together
Half- or full-day kick-off team coaching session
Six 90-minute team coaching sessions in person or via Skype (one per month for six months)
Six 45-minute individual coaching sessions for each member of the team
One follow-up session three months later to help anchor learnings

With just a few hours of coaching per month, we can begin to turn your team around. You don’t have to steamroll over your whole team and start all over. I help you make small adjustments that have a huge impact on morale and productivity.
I also offer a limited number of half-day or full-day off-site workshops and conference sessions. Of course, I don’t go as deep as I would with team coaching. But you still get the benefits of skills for conflict management and improved communication. Please contact me for details.
