Where I live in the northern part of the US, the spring thaw is underway. The piles of snow I wrote about a month ago are mere puddles now; tulip leaves are breaking through the soil; I saw my first spring bunny the other day.
And the analogy is apt for us, as living, breathing creatures on this earth as well: the thaw is underway. I notice it in myself – a breath of fresh air in a stale part of my brain, a loosening of the joints, a readiness to stretch and break my pace.
What is awakening in you?
What is ready to spring forth, now?

Before specializing as a professional coach in 2004, I spent more than a decade in leadership, management and program development for state and local government and non-profit organizations. Now I get to help leaders and teams have more clarity and ability to stand up for what's important in their work and in their organizations. Working with me, leaders and teams find more meaning and purpose, feel happier and more confident, navigate change and conflict, and work together better.
