While the main focus of my coaching practice are people in nonprofit and government settings working to make a difference, one of my other areas of interest is supporting people who are experiencing grief and loss.
To that end, I’m co-writing another blog, Hopeful Crossings, for that audience. While this time of year can be uplifting and joyful, it also brings reminders of what may be missing or gone. Our blog hopes to be a resource for people in various stages of grief and loss to connect and heal. Stop by & visit.

Before specializing as a professional coach in 2004, I spent more than a decade in leadership, management and program development for state and local government and non-profit organizations. Â Now I get to help leaders and teams have more clarity and ability to stand up for what's important in their work and in their organizations. Working with me, leaders and teams find more meaning and purpose, feel happier and more confident, navigate change and conflict, and work together better.
