I’ve been reminded of the importance of walking our talk, both literally and figuratively today.
Stacy and Kirsten both have great posts up about their own efforts to make a difference. They each reminded me to keep my own beliefs, goals and passions in the front of my mind and my actions – to be sure that what I’m doing, moment to moment, jives with what’s really most important to me.
Rosa’s challenge this month – working together on improving our health – is certainly one close to my heart professionally as a public health educator. Reading her post inspired me also on a personal level to recommit to making the time to take my morning walk – as I did this morning at 6 am!
Thanks to my blogging sisters for helping me stay true to what’s most important to me!

Before specializing as a professional coach in 2004, I spent more than a decade in leadership, management and program development for state and local government and non-profit organizations. Now I get to help leaders and teams have more clarity and ability to stand up for what's important in their work and in their organizations. Working with me, leaders and teams find more meaning and purpose, feel happier and more confident, navigate change and conflict, and work together better.
Imua Hanna! Way to go,
Rosa
