In this confidential small group setting, you’ll develop
essential skills and tools for being more effective at work, whether you're a formal or informal leader, manager, supervisor, or team member.
You’ll have a better sense of what really works to get the
most from yourself and the people around you and the confidence to do it.
Through a combination of demonstration, discussion, relevant exercises and real-world practice, you’ll build the skills and competence you need to make your work easier, even enjoyable again.
In between class sessions, you’ll work on strengthening your skills in practical ways that you’ll be able to apply immediately to make your learning even more applicable.
And all the way along, I’ll be right by your side supporting you and giving you practical feedback as you go so you know you’re on the right track.
All classes will be recorded so
you won’t be behind if you have to miss a class.

Live Group Calls
In five live group calls we’ll cover the essentials of what works at work and how to get the best from those around you.

- Warning signs for problem behaviors at work and what to do about them
- Giving and receiving positive and critical feedback effectively
- Providing clear direction setting and accountability
In addition to instruction and demonstration from me, each session will include time to practice your skills in small groups of other classmates: nothing will hone your skills better than more practice!
All calls will be recorded so even if you have to miss one or more of the sessions, you’ll be sure to get all the information you need.
In between sessions
In between classes you’ll have real world assignments – exercises, practices and tools to try - that will help anchor your learning in your real world setting.
Along the way, I will give you my best resources, worksheets and tools for building and maintaining effective relationships at work.
